Warwick NY Engagement: Renee+Nick

It was a great fall evening with Renee and Nick  shooting in the town they call home. Downtown Warwick NY is full of adorable shops and restaurants. It’s always lovely walking around there. I love that these two chose the park where Renee’s sister’s memorial is located for the second location. She lost her twin sister as a teenager. Since Robin holds such a large part of Renee’s heart, I’m so glad that we were able to incorporate her sister’s memory duringView full post »

Villa Venezia Wedding : Chelsea+Bryan

The day started out with cuteness overload as Chelsea and Bryan’s dogs hung out while the girls got ready. Riddick had been the sole fur child in the house until Cambria joined the family a few months ago. The two are now inseparable and are always snuggling. Cambria is ridiculously adorable how he plops his butt on his big brother to sit! I’m so glad we were able to get some photos of the pups since they are such an important part of Chelsea and Bryan’s lives. I always loveView full post »

Helsinki Hudson Wedding : Liz+Greg

Liz and Greg had the most perfect intimate wedding at Helsinki Hudson, an industrial venue in Hudson NY. The two live in NYC but decided to have their wedding weekend in this artsy city in the beautiful Hudson Valley. They got ready in an eclectic rental house down the street from the venue. Their rooms were connected by a large wooden door which served as a wonderful way to do the first look! Liz actually had her dress custom made. Simple lines and elegant, with a racer back. It fit her soView full post »

Cornell University Engagement : Katie+Steve

Cornell University holds a special place in Katie’s and Steve’s hearts since they met while attending the school. I was happy to make the trip up as I love exploring new places. The campus is breathtaking! It was great having such fun guides to show me around and get some back story on the university and the grounds. We started at the Cornell Plantations which has a bit of everything, rolling hills, ponds, some really unique trees, and great views. I chuckle a little looking at theView full post »

Hunter Mountain Wedding : Carly+Jake

Hunter Mountain is an incredible spot located in the Catskill Mountains. It was an absolutely perfect day for Carly and Jake’s summer wedding! Abundant sunshine and a comfortable temperature, especially for August. They actually had their ceremony at the top of Hunter Mountain which required a ski lift ride to get to. Even though I was still shooting some during the ride, I couldn’t stop thinking how amazing the whole thing was. I mean, the views are out of this world in allView full post »

Minnewaska Lodge Wedding : Susan+Kevin

When my day started out hiking Minnewaska State Park to scope out photo locations, I knew it was going to be a good day! Lake Minnewaska is located on the outskirts of New Paltz NY, in the Shawangunk Mountain ridge. The lake is surrounded by beautiful cliffs that jut out over the water at varying heights. When you walk to the top, there’s stunning views of the Hudson Valley all around! It’s really an incredible spot. It’s one of my favorite spots to hike in the area so I wasView full post »

Sussex County Sunflower Maze Engagement : KellyAnne+Brandon

I had been looking forward to this one for some time. I met with KellyAnne last summer to chat about her and Brandon’s 2017 wedding. Soon after, we decided the Sussex County Sunflower Maze was the place for their engagement session! The beauty of this field never gets old to me. It was important to them to get some photos with their dogs. KellyAnne’s parents live right on the Delaware River with a beautiful backyard that the pups enjoy running around in. So that was our first stop!View full post »

Minerals Resort Wedding : Valeria+Jack

Valeria and Jack had a fun filled celebration at Minerals Resort, a part of Crystals Springs in Hamburg New Jersey. It was a warm day, but  the sunshine is always a wonderful thing in my book! The bridesmaids  fit the summer wedding look well with their coral dresses with cutouts in the torso. Valeria looked like a bridal goddess with her rhinestone headpiece and Jack was sharp in his white jacket. I’m not sure any flower says summer better than sunflowers. I’m so glad we got theView full post »
